This Privacy Policy describes how NRV Network ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Guru AI mobile application ("App") available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as a business asset, subject to the same privacy protections.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose, only with your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Vast.ai – GPU compute marketplace (privacy policy)
• Nosana Network – Decentralized AI compute (privacy policy)
• Honeygain – Bandwidth sharing service (privacy policy)
• Google Firebase – Push notifications and analytics (privacy policy)

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and bcrypt password hashing at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (see Section 9 below).
• Portability: Request export of your data in a machine-readable format.

9. Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by:

• In-App: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• By Email: Send a deletion request to support@nrv.network with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
